面部皮肤型孢子丝菌病1例误诊分析

摘　　要：患者女,43岁,农民,右侧面部丘疹、结节、破溃、结痂5个月。曾误诊为"痤疮""寻常疣",给予药物及冷冻治疗后未愈。经皮损组织病理检查及真菌培养,确诊为"皮肤型孢子丝菌病"。予伊曲康唑口服联合外用0.25%盐酸阿莫罗芬乳膏治疗,现随访1.5个月,皮损明显好转。A 43-year-old female farmer presented papules,nodules,ulceration and scabs on her right face for 5months.She had been misdiagnosed as acne and verruca vulgaris,and was given medication and cryotherapy with no cure.Based on skin histopathological examination and fungal culture,the case was diagnosed as cutaneous sporotrichosis.After 1.5months of oral itraconazole combined with 0.25% amorolfine hydrochloride cream,the lesions were significantly improved.
