摘　　要：中国少数民族地区是"一带一路"的战略实施区,是"一带一路"战略实施的国家经济安全保障和国家能源安全的重要保障,也是"一带一路"经贸产业合作跨国大区域、次区域经济合作中心,具备了这一战略实施的互联互通基础。"一带一路"战略构筑了少数民族地区对外开放的新格局,促进了少数民族地区的产能合作、产业发展和参与世界经济合作的方式创新,也推进了少数民族地区反贫困战略的实施。As minority area is the the strategic implementation region of the Belt and Road Initiative, China＇s ethnic safeguard transnational and sub-regional for national economic security and national energy security. It is also the economic cooperation center of international economic and trade industry and the interconnectivity foundation for implementing the strategy. The Belt and Road Initiative constructs a new pattern of opening to the outside world, promotes production capacity cooperation, industrial development, and mode innovation in the participation of international economic cooperation, and propels the implementation of anti-poverty strategy in ethnic minority areas.
