摘　　要：[目的/意义]研究大数据环境对用户信息行为的影响,为高校图书馆应对大数据冲击提供参考。[方法/过程]在对用户进行问卷调查的基础上,分析大数据对高校图书馆用户的信息获取源、信息需求和信息获取方式等方面的影响。[结果/结论]指出高校图书馆应转变服务方式、资源建设模式、数字化建设模式,以应对大数据环境中用户行为变化的挑战。[Purpose/siglaificance] The paper is to analyze impacts of big data environment on user＇s information behavior, to pro- vide reference for university library＇s facing the impacts. [Method/process] The paper bases on user surveys, analyzes influences of big data on university library users＇ information acquisition source, information demand, information acquisition method, etc. [Result/ conclusion] The paper points out that university library should change service mode, resource construction mode and digital construc- tion mode, so as to deal with challenges of changes in user behavior under big data environment.
