摘　　要：[目的/意义]分析不同管理机制对图书馆、档案馆和博物馆之间协作的影响,为三馆更好地发挥文化存贮、社会教育、科学研究等功能提供参考。[方法/过程]对图书馆、档案馆和博物馆的外部和内部管理机制、馆藏资源管理进行比较分析,发现它们各自管理上的不足之处。[结果/结论]针对图书馆、档案馆和博物馆的协作,提出建立跨行业的职能机构、改革内部管理机制、制定统一技术标准、加快复合型人才培养等建议。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to analyze the influences of different management mechanisms on cooperation be- tween library, archives and museum, to provide reference for the three to better exert functions of cultural storage, social education, sci- entific research. [ Method/process ]The paper comparatively analyzes external internal management mechanisms, and collection resource management of library, archives and museum, finds out the deficiencies in them. [Result/conclusion]The paper puts forward sugges- tions of establishing a cross-sectoral management organ, reforming internal management mechanism, formulating unified technical stan- dards and accelerating to cultivating compound talents for cooperation between library, archives and museum.
