免煎中药治疗尿毒症性营养不良-炎症综合征的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨参苓白术散联合红芪配方治疗尿毒症性营养不良-炎症综合征的疗效及机制。方法 100例尿毒症性营养不良-炎症综合征患者随机分为常规治疗组以及参苓白术散联合红芪治疗组,按照分组给予相应治疗,比较治疗后两组间营养状态指标、炎症指标以及瘦素水平。结果所有患者均顺利完成治疗,治疗后组间营养状态指标,参苓白术散联合红芪治疗组显著高于常规治疗组(P<0.01),炎症指标参苓白术散联合红芪治疗组显著低于常规治疗组(P<0.01),两组间治疗后瘦素水平无显著差异。结论参苓白术散联合红芪治疗通过改善尿毒症患者的微炎症状态、促进患者机体对营养物质的吸收起到治疗尿毒症性营养不良-炎症综合征的作用。Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Shenling Baizhu powder cooperated with Hedysari in the treatment of uremic malnutrition inflammation syndrome. Methods 100 cases of patients with uremic malnutrition inflammation syndrome were divided into Shenling Baizhu powder cooperated with Hedysari group and conventional hemodialysis group. The patients were given the appropriate treatment in accordance with grouping. At the end of the treatment,nutritional status indicators,inflammatory markers,and leptin levels were compared. Results All patients went through the treatment successfully. Nutritional status indicators of Shenling Baizhu powder cooperated with Hedysari group were significantly higher than that of the conventional hemodialysis group,while the inflammatory markers were just on the contrary. There were no significant differences between the leptin levels. Conclusion Shenling Baizhu powder cooperated with Hedysari can act as an effective treatment of uremic malnutrition-inflammation syndrome through the mechanism of improving microinflammation and promoting nutrients absorption.
