景岳治疗不孕症思想探析

摘　　要：近年来,由于各种因素的影响,妇女不孕症的发病率逐年增高,而中医在治疗不孕症方面常有意想不到的疗效。通过总结张景岳在《妇人规·子嗣类》中的思想,结合人体气血阴阳,气机升降,以及情志因素等各方面分别对"情动""气至""阴辟""吸受"进行了系统理论分析,论述了妇女在受孕时会经历的各个阶段,望对临床治疗不孕症起一定的指导作用。Objective In recent years,the incidence of infertility has been rising for various factors. As for the treatment,there is no good methods,to solve it. However it often reaches an unexpected effect in the treatment of infertility through traditional Chinese medicine. The paper analyzed the infertility systematically through summarizing Zhang Jingyue＇s ideas in Furengui combining with the theories of yin and yang,qi and blood,activities of qi and the seven emotions,the estrus,arrival of qi,vulva open up and absorption were analyzed,and hope to give some guidance on clinical treatment of infertility.
