摘　　要：目的优选清宁丸的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验对提取工艺进行优选,以大黄素、大黄酚和干膏量为指标考察加水量、提取次数、加水倍数对提取工艺的影响,最终确定最佳水提工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水,提取30min,提取2次。结论为提取工艺的确定和下一步的研制工作提供了科学依据。Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Qingning pill. Methods The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction technology. Taking emodin,rhubarb and dry paste volume as index,affect of water added,extraction times and adding water multiples on extraction technology was observed,and finally the best water extraction technology was determined. Results The best extraction technology is adding 10 times water quantity,extraction for 30 min and 2 times. Conclusion It provided scientific basis for extraction process and the next research work.
