摘 要:目的探讨血压变异性与风向、风力级别的关系。方法对2013年2月—2014年1月期间676例高血压患者血压波动发生率与风向和风力级别进行回顾性分析。结果偏北风天气下发生血压波动的患者显著高于偏南风天气;3级以上的北风天气发病率最高;3级以下的南风天气发病率最低(P<0.01);47%的患者尽管坚持规律服药,仍不能避免风力变化带来的血压骤升。结论血压变异性与自然界风力风向变化密切相关,根据中医"天人相应"理论,在坚持药物治疗基础上,应积极避免气候变化引起的血压波动。Objective To investigate the relationship between the blood pressure variability of wind direction and level. Methods From February 2013 to January 2014,fluctuation of blood pressure and the incidence of wind direction and wind level 676 cases of hypertensive patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The fluctuation of blood pressure in northerly wind weather was significantly higher than that of southerly weather. The northerly wind weather above 3 level had the highest incidence rate. The southerly wind weather below 3 level had the lowest incidence rate( P〈0. 01). Despite 47% of patients taking regular medication,they still cannot avoid the wind changes in the blood pressure rise. Conclusion The blood pressure variability and wind direction is closely related to the changes of nature,according to the Chinese medicine theory of"correspondence between man and universe",insist on drug therapy,and should actively avoid fluctuations in blood pressure caused by climate change.
