益气摄血汤治疗崩漏的临床观察

摘　　要：目的总结益气摄血汤加减治疗脾肾两虚兼血瘀型崩漏的临床经验。方法对中医辨证属脾肾两虚兼血瘀型崩漏患者200例,口服本溪市中医院院内制剂益气摄血汤观察其临床疗效。结果 200例中治愈175例,显效12例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率为97.5%。结论益气摄血汤治疗脾肾两虚兼血瘀型崩漏的临床疗效好,不良作用小,值得妇科临床推广运用。Objective To summarize the clinical experience of Yiqi Shexue decoction in the treatment of metrorrhagia of spleen and kidney deficiency with blood stasis. Method 200 cases patients with metrorrhagia of spleen and kidney deficiency with blood stasis took orally Yiqi Shexue decoction. The clinical curative effect was observed. Result In 200 cases,175 cases were cured,10 cases improved,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 97. 5%. Conclusion Yiqi Shexue decoction in the treatment of metrorrhagia of spleen and kidney deficiency with blood stasis has significantly clinical effect and less side effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion in gynecology.
