中西医结合治疗五步蛇咬伤致DIC及溃疡1例

摘　　要：五步蛇咬伤是临床常见危急症,若得不到及时救治,可导致休克和DIC的发生,危及患者生命。五步蛇蛇毒中含有蛋白水解酶等多种毒性成分,可造成局部组织坏死,引起伤肢溃疡甚至导致截肢的发生。故五步蛇咬伤致残率高,中西医结合治疗五步蛇咬伤致DIC及蛇伤溃疡具有明显优势。现报道中西医结合治疗五步蛇咬伤致DIC及溃疡1例,疗效满意。Agkistrodon acutus bite is a common clinical critical disease. If not timely treat,it can lead to the occurrence of shock and DIC and endanger the lives of patients. Agkistrodon acutus venom contains proteolytic enzymes and other toxic ingredients. It can cause tissue necrosis,lead to occurrence of ulcer,even amputation of injured limb. The disability rate of this disease is high. Therapy of integrated medicine has advantage in the treatment of Agkistrodon acutus bite. In this paper,we reported that therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of DIC and ulcer induced by agkistrodon acutus bite for one case,and the curative effect is remarkable.
