摘　　要：随着各大师范类高校生源数量的增加,当前社会大环境下对师范类高校毕业生专业水平、个人素质、环境适应能力、职业竞争力的要求越来越高。本文就此现象,从多角度出发,结合实际分析高校职业生涯规划教育的现状和发展前景规划,以提高师范类高校毕业生的职业素养和职业能力,为师范生的成功就业奠定坚实的基础。With the increase of the number of students in colleges and universities, requirements for normal university graduates＇ professional level, personal quality, environmental adaptability and professional competitiveness are getting higher and higher under current social environment. Focusing on such a phenomenon from different perspectives combined with practical analysis on present situation of college career planning education and prospects for development planning, this article is conducted to improve the professionalism and professional ability of normal university graduates to lay a solid foundation for normal students＇ successful employment.
