摘  要:目的:探讨饮水砷的遗传毒理作用,为饮水型砷中毒的防治与监测提供科学的理论依据。方法:采用经典的Ames(鼠伤寒沙门氏菌回复突变)试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验。结果:Ames试验的结果为阴性;小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验中,0.09μg/kg剂量组的雌、雄鼠和0.03μg/kg剂量组的雌鼠微核率分别为4.60‰、5.40‰、6.60‰,与阴性对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);小鼠精子畸形试验中,3个剂量组剂量分别为0.09μg/kg、0.03μg/kg、0.01μg/kg的精子畸形率与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:饮水砷对原核细胞未显示致突变作用,在真核细胞体内显示对染色体具有损伤作用并对生殖细胞产生遗传毒性。Objective: To explore the genotoxicity of arsenic in drinking water and provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of arseniasis in drinking water. Methods: Ames test,bone marrow cell micronucleus test and mice sperm abnormality test were adopted. Results: Ames test results were negative; In bone marrow cell micronucleus test,the micronucleus rate of the male and female mice in the 0. 09 μg / kg dose group and the female mice in the 0. 03 μg / kg dose group was 4. 60 ‰,5. 40 ‰ and 6. 60 ‰ respectively. Compared with that of the negative control group,the difference was of significance( P〈0. 05); Mice sperm abnormality test results were positive; the sperm deformity rate of the three groups was 0. 09 μg / kg,0. 03 μg / kg,and 0. 01 μg / kg respectively; compared with that of the negative control group,the difference was significant( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Arsenic in drinking water has no mutagenic effect in prokaryotic cells,but it will damage the chromosomes of eukaryotic cells and has genotoxic effect on germ cells.
