摘　　要：[目的]探讨积极出院随访对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术后老年患者服药依从性及安全性的影响。[方法]将2013年1月至2014年12月于本院行PCI术的98例老年冠心病患者随机分为观察组及对照组，每组各49例。对照组出院后实施每两周一次的电话随访和首月的单次家庭随访；观察组在对照组电话随访的基础上，进行7次定期家庭随访，对服药情况欠佳的患者增加随访次数，在家庭随访过程中实行个性化服务，建立和落实服药计划。比较两组患者院外服药的依从性和安全性。[结果]观察组服药依从性明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组误服、漏服、重复服药和未按时服药等服药不安全事件的发生率均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]积极出院随访可明显提高PCI术后老年患者的服药依从性和安全性。[Objective]To explore the effect of active follow-up on medication compliance of elderly pa- tients after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. [Methods]Ninety-eight elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into control group （ n =49） underwent conventional follow-up and experimental group （ n = 49） treated with active fol- low-up.Patients in the control group were followed up once every two weeks by telephone and first-month fam- ily visiting after discharge~ On the basis of telephone follow-up for the control group, the observation group was served with 7 times of regular family follow-up. The number of follow-up was increased to patients with poor medication compliance. During the process of family follow-up, the implementation of individualized serv- ice was performed to establish and implement the medication plan. The compliance and safety of the two groups of discharged patients were compared.[Results]The medication compliance in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group. The rates of unsafe medication events, including taking medicine by mistake, taking medicine irregularly, forgetting or repeating medication were all significantly low- er than those of the control group（mean P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Active follow-up can improve the medication compliance and security of discharged elderly patients after PCI and thereby enhance the therapeutic effects.
