摘　　要：丰满水电站全面治理(重建)工程施工期必须保证不间断地向下游供水,为保障下游供水安全,泄洪兼导流洞将作为非常时期保下游供水的备用通道。为满足施工期启用泄洪兼导流洞为下游供水,依据泄洪兼导流洞模型试验成果、供水和隧洞运行要求,并考虑水库冰冻期冰冻厚度影响,最终确定保下游供水水库控制水位,为施工期水库合理调度提供依据。The Fengman reservoir must ensure the uninterrupted downstream water supply in the construction period of Fengman hydropower station rebuild project. The discharge and diversion tunnel is taken as the standby convey for downstream water supply in construction period.Considering the model test results of flood discharge and diversion tunnel, the water supply and the tunnel operation requirements, and the influence of frozen thickness in freezing period, the control reservoir water level is determined for guaranteeing downstream water supply,which could provide basis for reasonable dispatching of reservoir in construction period.
