热敏灸治疗脊髓损伤神经源性尿失禁的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨热敏灸治疗脊髓损伤神经源性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:将60例于我院确诊为脊髓损伤神经源性尿失禁的患者纳入研究并随机分组,对照组30例采用常规治疗,观察组30例则联合热敏灸治疗。观察两组患者治疗前,治疗2周及4周后膀胱压力、最大有效容量、残余尿量、尿道闭合压、最大尿流率及漏尿次数改善情况;比较两组临床疗效差异。结果:治疗后,两组患者膀胱压力、膀胱有效容量、残余尿量、尿道闭合压、最大尿流率及漏尿次数均较前改善,但观察组各项指标改善更显著,且临床总有效率更高,P<0.05。结论:热敏灸治疗脊髓损伤神经源尿失禁效果显著,可更好地纠正脊髓损伤患者的排尿障碍,值得推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of neurogenic urinary incontinence in patients with spinal cord injury. Methods：60 cases in our hospital diagnosed as spinal cord injury patients with neurogenic urinary incontinence were included in the study and randomly divided into the control group 30 cases were treated with conventional treatment, the observation group of 30 cases combined with heat sensitive moxibustion treatment. Two groups of patients before treatment, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after the treatment of bladder pressure, maximum effective capacity, residual urine volume, urethral closure pressure, the maximum urinary flow rate and the number of leakage of urine to improve the situation;compared with the two groups of clinical effica-cy differences. Results：After treatment, two groups of patients with bladder pressure, bladder capacity, residual urine volume, ure-thral closure pressure, maximum urine rate of flow and leakage of the urinary frequency were improved compared with the previous was observed, but the group improved more significantly. The total effective rate was higher （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：heat sensitive moxi-bustion treatment of spinal cord injury neurogenic urinary incontinence effect is significant, can better correct the spinal cord injury pa-tients with urination disorders, it is worth promoting.
