摘  要:针对中药制造过程中中药成份含量不稳定的问题,以及传统中药质量控制方法费时费力且精度低的问题,本文设计并实现了一种并行勾兑优化方法,用于保证中药质量均一性。该方法采用了一种两段式的策略。首先,利用改进的高斯消去法求出解集范围;然后,利用并行回溯法搜索最优解。基于该方法,我们实现了一个指纹图谱智能分析系统,实现了从色谱仪检测到勾兑优化的一体化。本文从系统结构、系统功能和系统特点三方面较为全面的介绍了系统的设计和实现。该系统的分析计算结果可用于指导实际的中药生产。该系统的实现为中药制造企业提供了一种准确、高效、可靠、低廉的中药质量均一性控制方法,为中药现代化贡献一份力量。Aiming at the problem that the constituent contents of Traditional Chinese Medicine were not stable and traditional quality control method was time-consuming, energy-exerting and inaccurate, this paper was designed and implemented a kind of concurrent blending optimization method in order to ensure the quality homogeneity of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This method was adopted a kind of 2-phase strategy. Firstly, we utilize improved Gaussian elimination method to figure out the solution set of the problem. Sec-ondly, we adopts concurrent backtrace algorithm to search the optimal solution. Based on this method, we implemented a finger print intelligent analysis system and realized the integration of chromatograph examination and blending optimization. This paper introduced in detail the structure, functions and features of the system. The analytical results of our system can be used to guide the practical pro-duction of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The implementation of this system can provide a kind of accurate, efficient, reliable and cheap quality homogeneity control method of Traditional Chinese Medicine for manufacturers of Traditional Chinese Medicine and con-tribute strength for modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
