心脑舒通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛有效性及安全性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的 应用Meta分析的方法分析心脑舒通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法 电脑查阅Cochrane试验资料库（2016年第1期）、Embase（1966年至2016年3月）、Pubmed（1966年至2016年3月）、中国学术文献总库（CNKI）（1979至2016年3月）、中文科技期刊数据库（1989年至2016年3月）、万方数字期刊库（1981年至2016年3月）,根据入选与剔除原则筛选文献、评价文献质量,从文献中提取相关数据,应用Rev Man 5.3软件对提取的数据进行Meta分析。结果 初步检索出101篇文献,根据选取标准共有7文献符合。从症状疗效来分析：χ^2=8.85,df=6,P=0.18,合并OR=3.06,95%CI[2.01,4.68],Z=5.18（P〈0.00001）;从心电图疗效来分析：χ^2=7.20,df=6,P=0.30,合并OR=1.95,95%CI[1.41,2.71],Z=4.02（P〈0.0001）。结论 心脑舒通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛在缓解症状及改善心电图方面效果更好,且无明显不良反应。Objective： To analyze the efficacy and safety of Xinnao Shutong Capsule on unstable angina（UA）. Methods： The following data bases were researched： Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials （Issue 1,2016）,EMbase （1966 to March 2016）,Pubmed （1966 to March 2016）,CNKI （1979 to March 2016）,CBM （1989 to March 2016）,and Wanfang（1981 to March 2016）. According to selection and elimination principle,lit- erature was selected and evaluated. Related data was drawn and Meta-analyzed with RevMan 5.3 software. Re- suits： A total of 101 articles were found ,7 of which were finally included. Therapeutic effects of angina pectoris were selected as the study indices： x2=8.85,df=6,P=0.18,0R=3.06,95%CI [2.01,4.68],Z=5.18（P〈0.00001）. ECG were selected as the study indices ： x2=7.20, dr=6, P = 0.30, and OR= 1.95,95 % CI [ 1.41,2.71 ], Z = 4.02 （P 〈 0.00001 ）. Conclusion： Xinnao Shutong Capsule is effective and safe on unstable angina and relief of symptoms and improvement of electrocardiogram,without obvious adverse reactions.
