丹参多酚酸盐联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察丹参多酚酸盐联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将106例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各53例,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予瑞舒伐他汀口服,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予丹参多酚酸盐静脉滴注,比较两组治疗前后总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、S100β水平和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,并比较两组治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果治疗2周后,治疗组的总有效率92.45%优于对照组的77.36%(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组TC、TG、LDL-C、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP、S100β和NIHSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.01);两组不良反应发生率差别不大(P>0.05)。治疗前后两组肝肾功能检测均正常。结论丹参多酚酸盐联合瑞舒伐他汀可有效改善血脂状况、降低炎性因子水平、改善神经功能,治疗T2DM合并急性脑梗死疗效显著,安全性好。Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of salvianolate combined with rosuvastatin on type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） complicated with acute cerebral infarction. Methods： 106 patients with T2DM complicated with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups according to digital random table method, 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rosuvastatin based on the conventional treatment,while the treatment group were treated with salvianolate given by intravenous infusion based on the treatment of the control group. The following data was compared： the total cholesterol （TC）, three acyl glycerin （TG）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF alpha）,interleukin 6 （IL-6）,high-sensitivity c-reactive protein （hs-CRP）,S10013and NIHSS scores before and after treatment, and the total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared, too. Results： After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.45%,better than that of the control group 77.36% （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment,TC,TG, LDL-C,TNF-α,IL-6,hs CRP, S10013and NIHSS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group （P〈 0.05,or P〈 0.01）. HDL-C was higher than that of the control group （P〈 0.01 ）. There were no statistical significant differences in the inci- dence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Salvianolate combined with rosuvas- tatin can effectively improve blood lipid,lower levels of inflammatory factors,improve nerve function,and has an obvious therapeutic effect and good safety on T2DM complicated with acute cerebral infarction.
