摘　　要：美丽国家有狭义和广义之分,本研究以包含了生态美、经济美、社会美、文化美、政治美等在内的广义上的美丽国家为对象,研究提出了美丽国家建设人与自然和谐共进、"三大规律"相统一、"五位一体"协同推进、"三型社会"同步建设、全社会合作治理的战略思想,遵循和谐发展、绿色发展、协同发展、持续发展、公平发展、传承发展和共同发展等基本原则,实现国家经济富强、政治民主、社会和谐、文化繁荣和生态文明的战略目标,美丽生态、美丽经济、美丽政治、美丽文化、美丽社会等核心内容,提出了德治、法治、金治、慧治、共治等五大战略对策。Beautiful country has narrow and broad meanings. Beautiful country includes ecological, economic, social, cultural, and political beauty. The strategy thought of beautiful country includes the harmony between man and nature, the ＂three laws＂ unifies, synergizes in five aspects, the ＂three type society＂ synchronous construction, cooperation governance. Beautiful country construction principle includes the harmonious development, green development, coordinated development, sustainable development, fair, inheritance and common development. The strategic goal of Beautiful country is economic prosperity, political democracy, social harmony, cultural prosperity and ecological civilization. The core content of beautiful country includes beautiful .ecological, beautiful economic, beautiful politics, beautiful culture and beautiful society. The five strategic countermeasures are the moral governance, rule of law, financial governance, wisdom governance, and cooperation governance.
