基于特色栏目建设的公安高校学报发展之路研究

摘　　要：高校学报特色栏目建设一般遵循两个基本原则:学科依托原则与地域依托原则。在公安高校学报特色栏目建设上,部分学报走在了前列,为其他公安高校学报建设提供了有益的借鉴。公安高校学报建设与发展特色栏目可以遵循以下三大原则:坚守学术原则、严格实行同行专家评议原则与策划特色栏目原则。公安高校学报在学科依托原则与地域依托原则中选择合适的道路,把栏目做出特色,从而更好地服务于公安教学与科研,最终推动公安事业的发展。The construction of the characteristic columns of university journals follows two basic principles： based on the subject or on the geography. On the construction of the characteristic columns of police university journals, some of them are in the forefront, which provide a useful reference for others. The construction and development of police university journals can follow the following three principles： adhering to the science, strictly implementing the peer review and scheming the characteristic columns. In order to better serve the public security education and scientific research, the police university journals must choose the right way.
