摘  要:重质碳酸钙作为一种可广泛应用的基础材料,在相关行业中充当重要角色,其发展前景对整个建材行业的影响举足轻重。为探索重质碳酸钙粉磨工艺的新领域,文章首先简述了当前国内外重质碳酸钙市场的现状和发展趋势,并分析重质碳酸钙传统粉磨工艺和现代粉磨工艺的优势与劣势,对JVRM立式粉磨机及其它重质碳酸钙粉磨机的性能特点进行分析对比,通过阐述JVRM立式粉磨机的工作原理,证明了JVRM粉磨机可作为节能环保的新标杆用于重质碳酸钙粉磨产业。The ground calium carbonate can be widely used as the base material and occupies important positions in some industries tife. The prospect of its development affects the whole biulding materials industry prominently. To explore the new domain of the ground calcium carbonate powder grinding process, it sketches the current situation and trend of ground calcium carbonate market at home and abroad, and analyses the advantages and disadvantages between the traditional and modem grinding processes. It makes the comparison and the analysis of the respective performances and characteristics between the JVRM vertical mill and other ground calcuim carbonate mills. Through the elaboration of the working principle of JVRM mill, its application in the ground calcium carbonate powder grinding industry as a new standard of energy conservation and environmental protection is proved.
