石墨烯/PA46复合材料的力学性能和摩擦磨损性能

摘  要:采用机械共混法制备了石墨烯/PA46复合材料,然后表征石墨烯的加入对复合材料的热性能、力学性能、摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,石墨烯的加入明显提高了PA46的结晶温度和热分解温度,但是力学性能呈现降低的趋势,当石墨烯的含量为0.1%时,复合材料的拉伸和弯曲性能达到最低值,比纯PA46分别降低了6.7%和4.2%。但是石墨烯的加入明显降低复合材料的摩擦因数和磨损量,当石墨烯添加量为0.05%时,摩擦因数降低了14.6%,磨损量只有纯PA46的1/5。The composites of graphene/PA46 were prepared by the method of mechanical blending, and then the thermal and mechanical and tribological properties of the composites were tested. Results show that graphene can increase the crystallization and decomposition temperature of PA46, however, the mechanical properties show the trend of decrease. When the usage of graphene is 0. l wt%, the tensile and bending strength reach to the minimum values decreased by 6. 7% and 4. 2%, respectively, compared to pure PA46. Graphene can obviously decrease the friction coefficient and wear rate of the composites, and when the content of graphene is 0. 05wt%, the friction coefficient decreases by 14. 6% and the wear rate is 1/5 of PA46.
