摘　　要：本系列报道专栏，在刊发了造纸装备、造纸化学品等与造纸业密切相关的领域“十三五”规划研究后，试图报道造纸毛毯及造纸网行业，由于该行业规模小，是一支很特殊的门类，未能组织到规划研究类文章。In order to know the present situation, development characteristics, the future and the development trend in the thirteenth fi ve years plan of China paper felt industry, Yang Jinkui, the director of paper machine clothing professional committee of China Technical Association of Paper Industry and the general manager of Shanghai JinX iong Paper Felt Co., Ltd., who as the guest writer of CPPI, wrote the article to introduce the above all. In this article, the development situation of China paper felt industry was reviewed, and the reason of the balance of production and consumption of paper felt in the past years was analyzed.
