摘　　要：为了降低生产成本、提高生产效率、提升产品品质及市场竞争力,金城纸业采用EPC项目管理模式对PM10进行了一系列技术改造,其内容几乎涉及到纸机所有系统。改造过程中引进了先进的造纸设备及造纸理念,积累了大量的改造经验,创造出了极具竞争力的投入产出比。在同一台纸机上同时进行如此多的技术改造,并能在短时间内完成试机投产,凸显了应用EPC项目管理模式的有效性。In this paper was introduced a series of technical reformation of the Jincheng Paper PM10 using EPC project management mode, in order to reduce the production cost, improve production efficiency, improve product quality and market competitiveness. The reformation includes almost all of the paper machine system. Advanced paper making equipment and concept were brought in the process reformation, many precious experiences were accumulated to create the most competitive ratio of input and output. It display the effectiveness of applying EPC project management mode to carry out technical reformation so much in the paper machine, and complete the debugging work in a short period of time.
