预硫化胶乳在密封纸板中的应用及其机理

摘  要:为了解决密封纸板生产中硫磺亲水性差以及留着率低等问题,探讨了将硫磺与硫化助剂提前加入到胶乳中制成预硫化胶乳,然后再与其他配料混合抄造制得密封纸板的方法。研究了硫化时间和硫化温度对预硫化胶乳密封纸板性能的影响。比较了硫磺用量对预硫化胶乳密封纸板与非硫化胶乳密封纸板性能的影响以及机理。结果表明:时间为3h,温度为70℃时的预硫化胶乳密封纸板性能最好;预硫化胶乳密封纸板的最佳硫磺用量为0.15%,只是非硫化胶乳密封纸板最佳用量的1/10。且最佳用量时预硫化胶乳密封纸板的抗张强度和回弹率更大,压缩率更小。In order to solve the poor hydrophilic property and low retention of sulfur in the production of sealing board. We explore a production method that adding sulfur and sulfide in advance to get the vulcanized and then mixing it with other ingredients to making sealing paperboard. The influence of curing time and curing temperature on the properties of vulcanized latex paperboard was studied. The influence of sulfur content on the properties of the vulcanized latex sealing board and the non-vulcanized latex sealing board was compared. The results show that curing condition of 3h and 70℃ is the best. The best sulfur content is 0.15%, equating to 1/10 of the optimal sulfur dosage of non-vulcanized latex. The tensile strength and the rebound rate of the vulcanized latex sealing board are greater than the non-vulcanized latex sealing board and the compression rate is smaller.
