应用操作视频指导糖尿病患者胰岛素注射的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨应用操作视频指导糖尿病患者胰岛素注射的效果。方法 抽取我院内分泌科2015年5月~2016年2月首次注射胰岛素的住院糖尿病患者200例纳入本研究。按照入院顺序抽签后随机分为研究组和对照组各100例,对照组按传统方法在患者出院前进行胰岛素注射指导,研究组应用操作视频在患者住院期间进行小组教育、操作练习,观察两组的治疗效果。结果 研究组胰岛素注射技能操作正确率高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。研究组皮下脂肪增生、低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异高度有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。研究组复诊时FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c水平均低于出院前和对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组复诊时FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c水平低于出院前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 应用操作视频指导糖尿病患者胰岛素注射效果较好,患者胰岛素笔使用及相关知识掌握状况较好,并发症发生较少,FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c水平控制较好,临床应用价值较高。Objective To discuss the effect of video guidance of insulin injection among diabetic patients. Methods A total of 200 patients who were first injected insulin in our hospital from May 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, each with 100 cases. Patients in the control group were given in- sulin injection guidance before discharge, while those in the study group were given video guidance for group education and operation exercise. The treatment effects were observed. Results The correction rate of insulin injection was higher in the study group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. The incidence rates of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia and hypo- glycemia were lower in the study group than in the control group （P〈0.01）; the FPG, 2 hPG, and HbAlc levels in the control group at subsequent visit were significantly lower than those before discharge （P〈0.05）. At subsequent visit, the FPG, 2 hPG, and HbAlc levels were significantly lower in the study group than before discharge and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Video guidance of insulin injection among diabetic patients has favorable effect. Patients receiv- ing video guidance have better knowledge of insulin pen and low incidence of complications, as well as better control of FPG, 2 hPG, and HbAlc levels, showing high clinical application value of video guidance.
