延续性护理在膀胱癌术后膀胱灌注化疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨延续性护理在膀胱癌术后膀胱灌注化疗中的应用效果。方法 选择2013年1月~2015年10月在我院手术治疗的60例膀胱癌患者为研究对象,按照入院单双号分为干预组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上给予延续性护理。比较两组干预后的治疗依从性、护理满意度、SF-36生活质量得分。结果 干预组干预后SF-36生活质量评分各维度得分均显著提高,与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。干预后,干预组SF-36生活质量评分各维度得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。干预后,干预组“依从性好”的比例显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;干预组护理满意度得分显著高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 膀胱癌术后膀胱灌注化疗中实施延续性护理能够显著提高患者的治疗依从性,改善患者的生活质量,提高护理满意度。Objective To discuss the application of continuous nursing in patients with bladder perfusion chemotherapy after bladder cancer operation. Methods A total of 60 cases with surgical treatment of bladder cancer from Jan 2013 to Oct 2015 were divided into intervention group and control group （each of 30 cases） according to admission number. Control group was nursed with routine nursing, and intervention group was nursed with continuity nursing bases on rou- tine nursing. Treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction, SF-36 quality of life score of two groups were compared. Re- suits After intervention, SF-36 quality of life scores of intervention group were higher than those before intervention （P〈O.O1 or P〈O.05）; SF-36 quality of life scores of intervention group after intervention were higher than those of control group（P〈0.O1 or P〈O.05）. Good compliance rate of intervention group after intervention was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）; Nursing satisfaction score of intervention group was higher than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Con- tinuous nursing in patients with bladder perfusion chemotherapy after bladder cancer operation can improve the treat- ment compliance of patients,improve the quality of life of patients, and improve nursing satisfaction.
