超声引导Mammotome微创旋切术加置管引流治疗慢性乳腺炎的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导Mammotome微创旋切术加置管引流治疗慢性乳腺炎的应用价值。材料与方法:选取我院2014年10月-2015年4月期间收治的60例慢性乳腺炎患者的临床影像资料,根据不同治疗方法将患者分成两组,对照组和观察组各30例。给予对照组患者Mammotome微创旋切术治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加置管冲洗引流;观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:两组患者手术时间和住院时间没有明显差异;两组患者治愈时间和治愈率有明显差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:慢性乳腺炎患者积极运用"超声引导Mammotome微创旋切术+置管冲洗引流"疗法,可明显缩短治愈时间,提高治愈率。Purpose： To investigate the ultrasound guided Mammotome minimally invasive surgery and catheter drainage the value of the treatment of chronic mastitis. Materials and Methods： The clinical data in our hospital from October2014 to April 2015 treated 60 cases of patients with chronic mastitis,According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group（ 30 cases） and observation group（ 30 cases）. Administered to the control group of patients Mammotome minimally invasive treatment,On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with drainage and irrigation and drainage. Observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients. Results： There was no significant difference in operation time and length of stay between the two groups; There were significant differences in cure time and cure rate between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： In chronic mastitis actively use＂ ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive surgery ＋ catheter drainage therapy＂,can significantly shorten the cure time,increase the cure rate.
