摘 要:目的:探讨膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后早期综合康复训练治疗的效果。材料与方法:将58例膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后患者随机分为观察组30例和对照组28例,对照组术后进行一般康复训练,观察组术后在一般康复复训练基础上加用术后强化本体感觉综合训练。测量两组患者患膝关节的活动度、关节功能及关节稳定度。结果:观察组膝关节主动屈曲达90°,主动关节活动度达全范围,与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后6、9、12个月Lyrsholm评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。两组患膝Lanehman试验和Pivot shift试验检查均为阴性。结论:早期强化本体感觉综合训练可以促进膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后患者膝关节功能的恢复。Purpose: To explore the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation training after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under knee arthroscopy. Materials and Methods: 58 patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under knee arthroscopy were randomly divided into observed group of 30 patients and control group of 28 patients. The patients of control group were training in general rehabilitation method and observed group were trained to enhance proprioception on the base of general training. Test the activity,function and the stability of knee. Results: The active flexion of observed group were up to 90 in the activity of knee joint test. Active full range of joint were of no significance compared with compared group( p 0. 05). Lyrsholm score of observed group 6-,9-,12-months after operation were significantly higher than that of control group( p 0. 05,p 0. 01). Lanehman test and Pivot shift test of two groups were negative. Conclusion: Enhancing proprioception comprehensive training earlier can improve the knee joint function rehabilitation post anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under knee arthroscopy.
