胰岛素样生长因子对早期自然流产的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子对早期自然流产的实际影响,为临床早期自然流产的相关研究提供借鉴和参考。方法选择2014年1月至2015年1月就诊的产妇共计136例。其中,自然流产孕妇68例为流产组,要求实施人工流产的孕妇68例为对照组。观察比较两组研究对象血清中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ),IGF-Ⅱ和血清胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)水平。结果流产组IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ、IGFBP-1三项指标水平分别为(120.45±13.45)、(115.46±12.35)、(46.53±4.31)μg/L;对照组三项指标水平分别为(186.42±12.45)、(178.53±13.09)、(98.45±12.45)μg/L。组间比较,流产组产妇的指标水平均显著低于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论胰岛素样生长因子对早期自然流产的发生有一定的影响,早期自然流产孕妇的胰岛素样生长因子水平会显著降低。Objective To investigate the effects of insulin like growth factor on early spontaneous abortion, so as to provide reference for clinical research of early spontaneous abortion. Methods A total of 136 pregnant women were selected from January 2014 to January 2015. Among them, 68 cases of spontaneous abortion women were divided as abortion group, the requirements of the 68 cases of pregnant women who required to implement artificial abortion were divided as control group. Observed and compared the serum IGF- I , IGF- II and IGFBP-1 levels of the two groups. Results The serum IGF- I , IGF-II and IGFBP-1 levels of abortion group were （ 120. 45 ± 13.45）, （ 115.46 ± 12. 35）, （46. 53 ±4. 31 ） μg/L. The serum IGF- I, IGF- II and IGFBP-1 levels of the control group were （ 186.42 ± 12.45 ）, （ 178.53 ± 13.09 ）, （98.45 ± 12.45 ） μg/L. The levels of maternal index abortion group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Insulin like growth factors have some influence on the early spontaneous abortion, the level of insulin like growth factor in early spontaneous abortion is significantly decreased.
