摘 要:由于分压注入工具对流经的溶液具有剪切降粘作用,进而引起溶液分子聚集形态的改变。针对上述现象,本文利用扫描电镜(SEM),对不同分子量、流量下流经分压注入工具的强碱三元复合溶液分子聚集形态进行观察对比。研究结果表明,强碱三元复合溶液的分子量越高、流量越大时,分压注入工具对溶液的剪切作用越大,分子聚集形态改变越明显。Because the partial pressure injection tool has the ability of shearing and reducing the viscosity, which can lead to change of the molecular aggregation in the solution. In view of above phenomenon, the scanning electron microscopy(SEM) was used to observe and compare the difference of molecular aggregation in strong alkaline ternary solution through partial pressure injection tool under different molecular weight and flow rate conditions. The results show that, the higher molecular weight and the greater the flow rate of strong alkaline ternary solution, the greater the shear action of the partial pressure injection tool, the more obvious the molecular aggregation morphology changes.
