摘  要:泾河油田原油密度大,含蜡量高,易结蜡,油井热洗频繁,且易造成稠油软卡躺井,2015年因稠油软卡造成躺井占泾河油田全年躺井的58%,针对泾河油田稠油软卡频繁的特点,根据油井资料(示功图、电流、原油物性等)及以前热洗过程中存在的各种因素问题等进行细致分析,确定热洗方案,并对其进行效果分析。这对于提高油井泵效,延长检泵周期有着积极作用。The crude oil from Jinghe oilfield has large density and high wax content, oil wells need frequent heat washing operation, and it's easy to cause the heavy oil blockage to form failed well, failed wells caused by heavy oil blockage are accounted for 58% of Jinghe oilfield failed wells in 2015.According to characteristics of frequent heavy oil blockage in Jinghe oilfield, based on data of the well(indicator diagram, current, physical properties of crude oil, etc.), various problems in the process of thermal washing were analyzed, the thermal washing solution was determined, and effect analysis was carried out.
