摘  要:SAPO-34分子筛是甲醇制烯烃过程中一种性能非常良好的催化剂,但是SAPO-34对催化甲醇的效果欠佳,所以要对其适当的改性。本文着重介绍了SAPO-34的金属改性,同时也介绍了水蒸汽处理,高温氮化处理和酸处理对SAPO-34分子筛的性能的影响,经过改性后,其低碳烯烃的选择性和寿命得到了提高。分析表明,抑制副产物丙烷和长链烷烃的产生是提高烯烃选择性的主要办法。SAPO-34 molecular sieve is a very good catalyst with good performance in MTO process, but the performance of pure SAPO-34 for catalyzing methanol is not good, so it should be appropriately modified. In this article, metal-modification of SAPO-34 molecular sieve was introduced; effect of steam treatment, high temperature nitriding treatment and acid treatment on the performance of the molecular sieve SAPO-34 was investigated. After the modification, the selectivity of light olefins and the lifetime of SAPO-34 molecular sieve were improved. Analysis results show that the main way to increase olefins' selectivity is to restrain the production of propane and long chain alkanes.
