庆哈输油管道原油凝点测定研究

摘　　要：随着国内油气储运的大力发展和长输管道的普及也带来了相应问题,近年来庆哈输油管道输送过程中问题频发,故针对庆哈输油管道内原油流变性中的凝点进行测试。将测定试验分为泵前原油和泵后原油两个部分,根据原有测定步骤进行一定改进,细化试验过程,得出泵后原油需加热输送等结论,为庆哈输油管道原油输送提供了输送建议。With vigorous development of oil and gas storage and transportation and long transmission pipeline, the corresponding problems have been brought to the development of oil and gas storage and transportation. In recent years, the problems occurred frequently in the process of the transmission of Qing-ha oil pipeline, so the degeneration point test of crude oil in Qing-Ha pipeline was carried out. The test was divided into two parts including crude oil in front of the pump and behind the pump. The original determination procedure was improved, and the test process was refined. It＇s concluded that crude oil behind the pump need be heated for transportation.
