摘  要:介绍铝热轧机主电动机采用可控硅串级调速的方法及应用,设计一种铝热轧机大功率交流电动机的可控硅串级调速系统,对电动机调速控制进行仿真,给出调速系统原理图、PI调节器和触发器等主要模块组成电路及其功能。介绍该系统应用过程的可控硅导通测试方法和其他模块调试方法,并在较大变速范围内使用。与其他大功率电动机调速系统相比,该调速系统具有能耗低、调速范围大且平稳、机械特性硬度好、动态性能好、投资少等优点。Method and application of silicon controlled rectifier to cascade speed regulating for the high-power motor of aluminum hot rolling mill has been introduced. A silicon controlled rectifier to cascade speed regulating system has been designed, and motor speed regulating has been simulated. There have given t The schematic diagram of silicon controlled rectifier to cascade speed regulating, circuits and functions of PI adjuster, trigger and other modules. The test method of silicon controlled rectifier conduction and other modules during the running of system have been introduced. The system has been used in wide range of speed. The results show that the system has advantages of lower energy consumption, speed regulating widely range and stability, fine mechanical properties and dynamic properties, and saving costs comparing with other speed regulating system of high-power motor.
