摘　　要：以重庆璧山区广电中心为例,介绍现阶段市县级广电中心的建设思路,重点分析融合媒体平台的建设思路、平台架构及设计步骤,全媒体应急指挥中心的建设等。Based on the example of Bishan Municipal Broadcasting and Television Center, this paper introduces current construction mentality of municipal broadcasting and television center, which highlights the construction mentality, platform flame and design procedure of convergent media platform, as well as the construction of omnimedia emergency command center.
