现代公共文化服务体系下的高校图书馆社会服务研究

摘　　要：在我国现代公共服务体系的构建背景下,高校图书馆利用其馆藏资源提供社会服务,是高校图书馆在服务理念及方式上的新突破。文章通过阐释高校图书馆开展社会服务的必要原因,列举了高校图书馆在与现代公共服务体系构建的融合过程中开展社会服务的优势,总结了美、日等国家的高校图书馆通过开展社会服务所累积的实践依据,对我国高校图书馆开展社会服务的未来规划和定位做出了相关探讨。Under the background of the construction of modem public service system of China, academic library provides social services using its collection resources that is new breakthrough of the service concept and way. This paper enumerates the advantages to carry out the necessary social services of academic library in the process of the fusion with construction of the modem public service system by explaining the necessary reasons for its social services, and sums up accumulated practical basis of social service of academic libraries in U.S.A, Japan and other countries in order to discuss the future planning and positioning of academic library social services in China.
