摘  要:目的 评价非低张条件下,腹部增强CT对胃壁分层结构的显示,并分析其影响因素。方法 回顾性分析非低张条件下,正常胃壁增强CT图像。主要影像学评价征象为胃壁分层结构,同时观察胃充盈度、胃腔充盈介质、部位及伪影等情况。应用卡方检验及Logistic回归检验,分析影响胃壁分层结构显示的相关因素。结果 非低张条件下,增强CT对胃壁分层结构的显示率为82%。经过Logistic回归分析,充盈程度2分、胃窦部、水作为胃腔充盈介质,此3个因素为胃壁分层结构显示的独立相关因素(OR值分别为1.749,1.714及1.791;P值分别为0.000 8,0.000 2及〈0.000 1)。结论 非低张条件下,水适度充盈胃腔可提高增强CT对胃壁分层结构的显示率,进而满足对胃壁病变浸润深度判断的要求。Objective To evaluate the demonstration of multilayered structure of gastric wall and influencing factors using non hypotonic abdominal contrast enhanced computed tomography. Methods Abdominal contrast enhanced computed tomography ima ges of patients without gastric abnormality were retrospectively reviewed. Imaging characteristcs included multilayered structure of gastric wall, degree of filling effect, filling media of gastric lumen, location, and artifact. χ^2 test and Logistic regression analysis were used to determine the factors associated with multilayered structure of gastric wall. Results Multilayered structure of gastric wall were demostrated in 82% patients. By using Logistic regression analysis, score 2 of filling degree, location at sinus of stomach and water for filling media were the indepented factor associated with demostration of multilayered structure of gastric wall (OR: 1. 749, 1. 714 ,and 1. 791 ,respectively;P=0. 000 8, 0. 000 2 and d0. 000 1, respectivelyl. Conclusion Moderately filling by water could elevate tonic the demonstration medication, which of multilayered structure of gastric wall on contrast enhanced computed tomography images without hypo may help for further determination of tumor invasion depth.
