东北老工业基地转型发展研究——一个文献综述

摘　　要：老工业基地的转型发展是一个世界性的普遍问题,东北老工业基地的转型发展更是国内学界、政界和新闻界高度关注的焦点。虽然国内外不乏围绕老工业基地发展的研究,但针对东北老工业基地转型发展的、综述性的研究相对较少。本文梳理了国内外老工业基地转型发展的经验,对新时期东北老工业基地转型发展的内涵、面临的制约因素和发展建议进行了全面梳理,并在述评基础上对东北老工业基地转型发展的进一步研究进行了展望。The transformation and development of old industrial base is a universal problem, the transformation and development of old industrial base of the northeast is the focus in domestic academic circles, political and media attention. While there is no lack of focus on the study of the development of old industrial base at home and abroad, but the research for transformation and development is still relatively few. This paper reviews the experience of transformation and development of old industrial base at home and abroad, sorts out and sums up the connotation of the transformation and development, constraints and development suggestions of northeast old industrial base in the new era. On the basis of the review, this paper makes the expectation on the future development of the northeast old industrial base.
