应激／创伤后成长评定量表在某部海军陆战队员中的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的使用应激/创伤后成长评定量表(posttraumatic growth inventory,PTGI)在海军陆战队员中进行测量并检验其信效度。方法采用中文版创伤后成长量表、心理弹性量表、特质焦虑量表和一般效能感量表对经历高强度军事训练和应激事件的651名海军陆战队员进行调查研究。将样本按序号奇偶分半,样本1(n=326)用于探索性因素分析,样本2(n=325)用于验证性因素分析和信度检验。结果 1探索性因素分析保留了量表的17个题项,发现特征根值大于1的因子有3个(个人力量、人际关系和接纳现状),能解释总方差的54.00%。2验证性因素分析表明三因素模型拟合良好(χ2/df=2.793,CFI=0.909,TLI=0.893,RMSEA=0.074)。33因子结构的量表内部一致性信度α=0.910。4修订后的量表总分与心理弹性、一般自我效能感呈中等程度的显著正相关(r=0.560,r=0.487,P<0.01),与特质焦虑呈中等程度的显著负相关(r=-0.436,P<0.01),表明量表具有良好的效标效度。结论修订后的3因子PTGI信、效度检验达到心理测量学要求,可用于海军陆战队员的应激/创伤后成长的评估。Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of posttraumatic growth inventory （PTGI） in Marine Corps. Methods A total of 651 marines were participated in the evaluation using the Chinese versions of PTGI, Connor-Davidson resilience scale （ CD-RISC ） , trait anxiety inventory （TAI） , and general self-efficacy scale （GSES）. They all had experienced highly intensive military training and stressful events. The samples were then divided by number of odd and even. Sample one （ n = 326） was examined with the exploratory factor analysis （EFA）, and sample two （n = 325 ） was examined with confirmatory factor analysis （CFA）. Results ① 17 questions were remained in the EFA. The result showed 3 factors with eigenvalue greater than 1, accounting for 54.00% of the total variance. The factors were personal strength, social relationship, and acceptance. ②CFA data validated the well-fit of the 3-factor model （ Chi square/dr = 2. 793, CFI = 0. 909, TLI = 0. 893, RMSEA = 0. 074）. ③ The internal consistency of the 3-factor model of PTGI was reliable （a = 0. 910 ）. ④ Total score of revised PTGI was positively correlated with resilience and general self-efficacy （ r = 0. 560, r = 0. 487. P 〈 0.01 ） . and nezativelv correlated with trait anxiety （r = - 0. 436, P 〈 0.01 ） , which suggested that the revised version of PTGI had good criterion validity. Gonclusion The reliability and validity of the revised Chinese version of PTGI meets the criteria of psyehometry. It can be used for assessment of trauma-related research in Chinese marine corps.
