摘  要:探讨丝素蛋白整理对莱赛尔非织造布性能的影响。通过丝素蛋白浸轧整理莱赛尔非织造材料,并测试了不同浓度丝素蛋白整理所得莱赛尔非织造布的厚度、透气率、回潮率、芯吸高度、防静电性、强伸性、弯曲刚度。研究表明:随着丝素蛋白浓度的增加,非织造布的回潮率、吸水性能增加,静电荷的逸散速率增大,防静电性提高;强伸性改善;而透气性能、弯曲性能逐渐下降。认为丝素蛋白质量分数为6%时,整理所得莱赛尔非织造布的综合性能较理想。The impacts of silk fibroin finishing on lyocell nonwoven fabric were discussed. The lyocell nonwo yen fabric was finished by silk fibroin dippadding processes. The thickness, air permeability, moisture regain, wicking height,antistatic property,strength & elongation property and bending rigidity of lyocell nonwoven lab rics treated by different concentration of silk fibroin were tested. The research shows that moisture regain,water absorption property,antistatic property and strength & elongation property were increased as silk fibroin content increase while air permeability and bend property reduce. It is considered that the comprehensive property of lyo cell nonwoven fabric is perfect while the silk fibroin mass fraction is 6 %.
