摘 要:研究棉秆皮高温高压快速清洁脱胶工艺。介绍了具体的工艺流程,采用二次(几乎正交)旋转组合设计方法,将影响棉秆皮脱胶效果的3个主要工艺因素:NaOH浓度、温度和保温时间进行优化,分析各工艺参数对棉秆皮纤维残胶率、断裂强度和断裂伸长率的影响。试验结果表明:在试验范围内随着NaOH浓度、温度和保温时间的增加,棉秆皮残胶率和纤维断裂强度呈降低趋势;纤维断裂伸长率有所上升。认为:较理想的脱胶工艺为NaOH浓度1.57g/L,温度155℃,保温时间30min。The quick clean degumming technology of cotton stalk skin at higher temperature & pressure was studied. The technology process was introduced. Three main technology factors like NaOH concentration, temper- ature and heat preservation time,which affect degumming effect of cotton stalk bark were optimized according to quadratic rotation design. The effects of technological parameters to cotton stalk bark fiber residue gum percent- age, breaking strength and breaking elongation rate were analyzed. The results show that as NaOH concentration, temperature and heat preservation time increase, the cotton stalk skin residue gum percentage and fiber breaking strength are decreased and fiber breaking elongation rate is increased. It is considered that the better degumming technology parameter are as follows.. NaOH concentration is 1.57 g/L,temperature is 155 ℃ and heat preservation time is 30 min.
