摘　　要：探讨一种新型段彩粗纱机的纺纱原理及产品设计。对几种段彩细纱机的纺纱原理进行了比较研究,设计出了一种新型段彩粗纱机。介绍了新型段彩粗纱机的工作原理与电气控制系统,同时对段彩粗纱的结构与特点进行了说明。认为:新型段彩粗纱机具有工艺调节方便、产品适应性强的特点,不仅能够进行段彩粗纱的纺制,还可以进行普通粗纱的纺制。The spinning principle and product design of a new segment colored roving machine were dis- cussed. The spinning principles of several segment colored spinning frames were compared and studied. A new segment colored roving machine was designed. The working principle and electrical control system of new seg- ment colored roving machine were introduced. Meanwhile, the structure and properties of segment colored roving were explained. It is considered that new segment colored roving machine has characteristics including convenience for process adjustment and strong product adaptability. It can not only be used for the spinning of segment colored roving but also the spinning of common roving.
