摘 要:探讨精梳长绒棉/莱赛尔LF 50/50 14.7tex赛络集聚纱的生产工艺。通过原料选配、生产流程优选、设备选型、各道工序工艺优化,在保证生产顺利的基础上,经过多种试验的对比,优选了一套较优工艺方案并进行了大批量生产。实践证明:控制好车间温湿度,加大粗纱隔距,加强运转人员巡回,定时对异形管、负压箱进行清理,关注络筒工序的号数偏差指标可以较好地保证各工序的有序生产。认为:合理的工艺设计和车间管理能保证大批量生产的顺利进行,效果较好。The production technology of combed long staple cotton/lyocell LF 50/50 14.7 tex siro condensed yarn was discussed. After several kinds of comparison test, technology scheme was optimized and mass production was performed by the optimization of raw material selection, production process, equipment selection and process ing optimization based on ensuring the successful production. It is proved in practice that production in each process can be well guaranteed by well controlling the temperature and humidity in workshop, enlarging roving gauge, strengthening the patrol of operator, clearing the special shape pipe and negative pressure box on time and paying attention to the thinness deviation indexes during winding process. It is considered that successful mass production can he guaranteed by reasonable process design and workshop management and the result is better.
