摘　　要：1956年中华人民共和国与阿拉伯埃及共和国建交具有历史和现实动因。历史上,以丝绸之路为纽带的中埃两大东方古老文明之间源远流长的友好往来和中埃人民在民族解放斗争中的患难与共,为中埃建交奠定了坚实的历史基础。现实动因则是20世纪50年代中叶中埃共同的反帝反殖立场,政治、安全和经贸利益的交汇,万隆会议的成功召开以及周恩来、纳赛尔两位领导人的历史性握手等多方面因素的综合作用。中埃建交标志着新中国与非洲和阿拉伯国家外交关系的历史性突破,也有力支援了埃及反帝民族运动,对中埃两国国际环境的改善以及中国与非洲、阿拉伯国家的关系影响深远。半个多世纪以来,埃及作为中国在非洲和阿拉伯世界最重要的战略伙伴,对中非、中阿友好关系的发展发挥了重要作用。2016年1月,中国国家主席习近平访问埃及,对深化全面合作、共同发展的中埃和中阿战略合作关系具有重要历史意义。The establishment of the diplomatic ties between the PRC and Egypt in 1956 has its historical and realistic driving forces. The friendly exchanges between the two ancient oriental civilizations,with the Silk Road as a link,coupled with the sharing of weal and woe in national liberation struggles,laid solid foundation for the establishment of the relationship. As for the realistic driving force,in the mid-1950 s,China and Egypt 's common position on anti- imperialism and colonialism,common interests in political, economic, trade and security fields, the successful convening of the Bandung Conference and the historic handshake between Zhou Enlai and Nasser,all contributed to it. The establishment of the diplomatic ties between the two marks the breakthrough of the diplomatic relationships between newChina and African and Arab countries. It strongly supported Egypt's anti-imperialism national movements,and is of great significance to the improving of two countries' international environment and the relationship between newChina and African and Arab countries. Over half a century,as the most important strategic partner of China in Africa and the Arab world,Egypt has played an important role in developing Sino-African and Sino-Arab friendship. In January 2016,Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to Egypt is the historical landmark in deepening the all-field cooperation and common development of Sino-Egyptian and Sino-Arab strategic cooperative relationships.
