摘  要:设计并纺制了水溶性维纶含量为30%、40%的黏胶/维纶伴纺纱线,并对其退维过程进行研究。实验结果表明:维纶纤维可以与黏胶纤维进行伴纺,纺出的纱线强力好,有利于纺纱工艺的顺利进行。在退维工艺中,退维率与水的温度以及退维时间有较大关系,退维时水的温度越高,退维率越高;在维纶纤维没有完全溶解时,退维时间越长,退维率越大。Viscose water vinylon yarn with water soluble vinylon content 30%,40% are designed and spun, and the back process dimension is studied. Results shows that the conclusion is:Vinylon fiber and viscose fiber can be carried out with spinning, and spun yarn with high strength, is conducive to the smooth progress of the spinning process. In process of vinylon, back level of dimension and the rate of water temperature and retreat time dimension have great relationship, when the water temperature is high, vinylon rate is high, when vinylon fiber are not completely dissolved back dimension time longer, vinylon rate is high.
