摘 要:研究了将两种环保工质R744和R1270混合用于热泵热水器系统时的循环性能,并在热泵热水器名义工况条件下,将其与常见热泵工质R22的循环性能进行分析比较。结果表明:混合工质R744/R1270系统的最优质量配比为16/84,对应的最优制热COPh值为4.770,比R22系统提高了9.63%;同时,在最优质量配比区间,COPh值变化较小;压缩机绝热压缩效率对COPh值影响显著,但对最优质量配比的影响较小。In this paper, the mixtures of carbon dioxide (R744) and propylene (R1270) are chosen as working fluid used in heat pump water heater system. Under the nominal working condition of heat pump system in China, the system performance is analyzed theoretically. The calculation results illustrate that there exists a maximum heating coefficient of performance (COPh) when the mass fraction of R744/R1270 is 16/84 which is defined as optimum mass fraction. In the same assumptions and working conditions, the maximum COPh of heat pump system with the mixture will increase 9.63% compared with the common refrigerant R22. Unit volumetric heating capacity and discharged pressure are higher than those of R22 system, but the compressor ratio and discharge temperature are lower. Efficiency of compressor has a significant effect on the COPh.
