摘　　要：徽商"贾而好儒",以"儒商"闻名于世。徽商精神和徽文化绵延几百年,给后代留下了宝贵的精神遗产。徽商的兴起促进了徽文化的发展与成型。继续传承徽商精神和徽文化,对中华文化的发扬光大、发展国家和区域经济、优化社会风气,仍旧具有重要的现实意义。Huizhou businessmen are famous for their doing business as well as promoting Confucianism. Huizhou businessman spirit and Huizhou culture have lasted for several hundred years, leaving the later generations with valuable spiritual heritage. The rise of Huizhou businessmen contributed to the development and formation of Huizhou culture. Huizhou businessman spirits include patriotism, aggressiveness, competiveness, dedication, thrift, and team spirit. Spreading Huaizhou businessman spirit and Huizhou culture is still of realistic significance to the prosperity of Chinese culture, the development of national and regional economy, and the improvement of social ethos.
