摘　　要：增强"90后"大学生社会责任感是培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的应有之义。为此要充分汲取社会主义核心价值观的理论智慧和实践营养,把社会主义核心价值观作为重要理论遵循、把坚持个人小梦与国家大梦有机统一作为新目标、把对国家、社会、个人的重任作为新内容、把"第一课堂"和"第二课堂"有机结合作为新方法,从而实现"90后"大学生社会责任感培育工作的创新发展。Strengthening the social responsibility of college students of the 90＇s is required in the process of enhancing and implementing socialist core values. Taking socialist core values as its theoretical base, social responsibility of college students of the 90＇s can be innovatively developed while absorbing theoretical wisdom and practical experience of socialist core values. In this process, the integration of small individual dreams and big national dreams should be taken as the new target, responsibilities for nation, society and individuals the new content, the combination of ＂first class＂ and ＂second class＂ the new approach.
