复方黄栌口服液对大鼠胆汁流量及胆汁成分的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察复方黄栌口服液对大鼠胆汁流量及胆汁成分的影响。方法:50只大鼠随机分为空白组,护肝宁片组,大剂量、中剂量、小剂量复方黄栌口服液组。采用胆管引流法,观察大剂量、中剂量、小剂量复方黄栌口服液对正常麻醉大鼠的胆汁流量,并分别测定胆汁中主要成分的含量。结果:与空白组比较,大剂量、中剂量复方黄栌口服液均可显著增加给药后的胆汁流量(P<0.01);大剂量、中剂量、小剂量复方黄栌口服液组可显著提高大鼠胆汁中卵磷脂及胆酸含量(P<0.05),并显著降低胆汁中胆固醇及胆红素含量(P<0.05),且以大剂量复方黄栌口服液组的效果较好。结论:复方黄栌口服液可显著增加麻醉大鼠胆汁的流量,并能明显增加排出胆汁中卵磷脂及胆酸含量,降低胆固醇及胆红素含量,且呈现明显的量效关系。Objective：To observe the effect of compound oral liquid of Cotinus coggygria on bile flow and bile composition in rats. Methods ：50 rats were randomly divided into the control group,Huganning tablets group, high dose, middle dose, small dose of compound oral liquid of Cotinus eoggygria groups. Drainage of bile duct was used to observe the high dose, middle dose, small dose of compound Cotinus coggygria oral liquid on the normal anesthetized rat bile flow and the content of main components in bile were measured. Results：compared with the control group, high dose, middle dosage of compound Cotinus coggygria oral liquid can significantly increased bile flow after the administration （P 〈 0.01 ） ;high dose, middle dose and small dose of Cotinus coggygria compound oral liquid group can be significantly increased in rat bile lecithin and bile acid content （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and significantly reduced bile cholesterol and bilirubin levels （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the effect of large dose of compound Cotinus coggygria oral liquid group was the best. Conclusion：Compound Cotinus coggygria oral liquid can significantly increase in rat bile flow anesthesia, and can significantly increase the excretion of bile lecithin and bile acid content, reduce the contents of cholesterol and bilirubin, which show a significant dose effect relationship.
